Privacy Policy

1. General

This Privacy Policy governs the processing and protection of personal data of visitors to norvexhse.com (the “Site”), operated by NORVEX (the “Company”).

The Policy is drawn up in accordance with the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Personal Data Information” No. 58 of 14 April 2008.

By using the Site and submitting data through the contact form, you accept the terms of this Policy.

2. Data we collect

Via the contact form: name, company name, phone number, email address and the text of your message.

Automatically when you visit the Site: the page viewed, the language version, the referring domain and an anonymous random visitor identifier stored in your browser (localStorage). This data does not identify you personally.

3. Purposes of processing

Personal data is processed solely to: respond to your enquiries; provide consultations on the Company's services; keep anonymous visit statistics and improve the Site.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the corresponding checkbox before submitting the contact form (Article 9 of the KR Law “On Personal Data Information”).

5. Storage and protection

Data submitted through the form is stored in the Company's secured content management system and is accessible only to authorised Company staff.

The Company takes the organisational and technical measures required to protect personal data against unlawful access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

Data is kept no longer than necessary for the processing purposes, or until you withdraw your consent.

6. Disclosure to third parties

The Company does not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except for technical infrastructure providers (Site hosting and the content management system) processing data on the Company's behalf, and cases expressly required by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

7. Cookies and analytics

The Site uses no third-party advertising or tracking cookies. For anonymous visit statistics a random identifier, not linked to your identity, is stored in your browser's localStorage. You can remove it at any time by clearing the site data in your browser settings.

8. Your rights

Under the KR Law “On Personal Data Information” you have the right to: know what data of yours is processed; request its correction, blocking or deletion; withdraw your consent at any time.
